Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Rescheduling is free where possible when we're given reasonable notice.

More than 7 days: no charge. 3–7 days: 25% of quoted fee. Less than 48 hours: 50% of quoted fee.

Any deposit paid will be refunded in line with the schedule above, typically within 7 working days.
